Jay Sizemore

Accident Attorney

Jay Sizemore has been at Brad Pistotnik law since 2016 and handles cases in litigation almost exclusively. He loves America, his family and giving people money after he collects from the insurance companies.

Jay was a partner at Sizemore Burns & Gillmore LLC, in Newton Kansas for 10 years before he moved to Brad Pistotnik law in 2016. Jay has been an attorney since 2001. After 4 years of government practice, where he worked both as a criminal prosecutor and later a defense attorney, he made the decision to join Sizemore Burns & Gillmore, and continue his career in private practice. Jay’s background as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney gave him valuable experience in the courtroom, where he learned how to try cases. Jay handles a variety of cases, however he specializes in helping people who have been injured in automobile accidents, or other personal injuries.

Jay graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Psychology in 1997, and then attended Washburn Law School in Topeka where he graduated in 2001. Jay’s family is full of lawyers. He is the third generation of “Sizemore” to Work at Sizemore, Burns & Gillmore. He follows in the footsteps of his Grandfather, Herb Sizemore, and his Uncle, Mike Sizemore. Jay’s Dad, Hadley Sizemore, is an attorney in McPherson, Kansas, his wife Erin Sizemore is an attorney in Wichita, and his uncle Patrick Sizemore is an attorney in California.
