Brad Pistotnik graduated from Kansas State University in 1978. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Brad’s major was in marketing which is a chief reason he enjoys making various television commercials. He graduated from the University Of Kansas School Of Law and received a Juris Doctor in the year 1981. Brad has been practicing law since 1981 and is licensed in the State of Kansas and Oklahoma State courts. Brad is also admitted in the Kansas Federal Court District. Brad often works in other States Pro Hac Vice to fight for his clients rights. Brad is a member of several organizations such as the Board of Governors of the Kansas Association for Justice. Brad Pistotnik is a member of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers through the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Brad Pistotnik is also a well-known author of two books as well as articles on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Regulations (FMCSR).Brad has appeared on Geraldo and has been quoted by the New York Times about the Michael Jackson trial. Brad has settled and tried thousands of cases and supported people harmed and injured in Kansas, Oklahoma, Illinois, New Mexico, Virginia, Missouri, Texas and other states in the U.S. Brad is known as The Bull and has filmed commercials on the Bull named Domingo.

Tony L. Atterbury
Tony Atterbury has zealously represented clients in civil litigation matters for the past 15 years. He received his Bachelor of Science with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics from Friends University in 1998 and graduated magna cum laude with his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law, in 2001. While at Washburn University, Mr. Atterbury received a Certificate of Environmental Law, was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity and served as the Notes Editor of the Washburn Law Journal from 2000-01. Mr. Atterbury is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Nebraska.
Prior to joining Brad Pistotnik Law, P.A., Mr. Atterbury was a partner with Depew, Gillen, Rathburn & McInteer, L.C.where he litigated primarily in oil and gas law, aviation law, environmental law and criminal defense. At Brad Pistotnik Law, P.A., Mr. Atterbury’s primary practice areas include personal injury law involving car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents and slip and fall accidents and civil litigation.
